Paula has over 10 years of leadership experience in senior living. Today, Paula delivers top-notch service for her position at Discovery Senior Living, after serving as an executive at three prominent facilities within the metroplex area of Dallas and Fort Worth.

Prior to investing more than 20 years in multi-generation property management, Paula studied at Tarrant County Junior College. She also holds a valid realtor license in Texas and is equipped with extensive knowledge that lets her understand the transition process for seniors and families.

Liz was born and raised in northern Kentucky before moving to Texas in 2008. She started in senior living in 2013 as an Activity Director, finding it was an “aha” moment that this was the right place for her. Liz has a heart for the wiser generation and more specifically she loves helping seniors find the perfect place to call home and encourages them to live life to the fullest.
Liz has been married for 27 years to her husband Robb. Together, they have 3 adult sons, Logan, Luke and Landen.  Her favorite thing to do outside of work is gathering her family together, the more the merrier. Liz enjoys knitting, reading, hiking and playing cards. The longer that Liz works in senior living the more grateful she is to be in a place that encourages community. Few things make her happier than a room full of smiling faces enjoying fellowship together right here at Discovery Village At Twin Creeks!

Directing Celebrations at Discovery Village At Twin Creeks gives Katherine the opportunity to create holistic and all-encompassing resident programs that insure we all stay healthy in mind, body, and soul. When not nurturing or residents, Katherine is very busy raising her 3 daughters with her husband. The family enjoys everything nature has to offer and engages in new adventures every opportunity they get. Katherine is very excited to create and share memories and laughs with our residents!
